mōsbē is a peer-to-peer application requiring no dedicated server or specialized hardware to run. Simply install on a video-game capable PC that meets the following recommended system requirements:
- Operating System: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2.4GHz, 4MB Dual Core Processor
- Memory: 2GB DDR2 SDRAM (667MHz)
- Hard Drive: 10GB free for installation
- Optical Drive: 8X DVD
- Video Card: DX9 compatible 512MB
- Sound Card: Sound Blaster or equivalent
- Monitor: 1024X768 minimum resolution
For World Builder licenses, we recommend using a dedicated machine with 500GB hard drive in order to process the large data files associated with geospatial information.
